I was just beginning my Chaplains career in Oregon when the POLST was being developed there and I am surprised to learn that there are still states that are not using POLST. I am now in Zanesville, at Genesis and I am curious as to why the delay in Ohio?

I worked at PeaceHealth in Oregon, which is a Catholic system and they were very active with the POLST movement in Oregon.
